Marigold Heads: We separate the petals from the heads when we create our tea blends. To reduce waste and get more medicine to people, Sol Root adds the heads to the pelvic steam blend. The heads also include seeds. So you can even plant your own marigolds with this blend! Marigolds help to reduce inflammation, stimulate blood flow, antimicrobial, antifungal, soothes the nervous system, and is energetically uplifting. 

Rosemary: Rosemary is antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. Rosemary promotes blood circulation and cellular health. Rosemary is a plant used in many cultures for energetic hygiene and to remove energetic parasites and dense energies.
